Plyo-Pilates: Plyometrics, “power moves” to train your cardiovascular system, and Pilates based exercises “own body weight” for resistance.

Cardio Kickboxing: Combinations of punches & kicks to ensure a total body workout. The upbeat music will push you through when YOU check out!

Cardio Fusion: Focuses on cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength! Guaranteed to make you work!

Tabata Training Mix: Timed intervals of intense cardio or strength training, followed by a short rest period. The “MIX” is the choice of the instructor!

Zumba ®: A cardio-based workout incorporating explosive Latin and exotic music rhythms with some components of resistance training to tone the entire body, in a “party-like” atmosphere!

Total Body Meltdown: A class that focuses on muscle strength and endurance through the use of weights, bands, body bars, and steps. Morning Mash Up: Mixed methods of training will jumpstart your day and your body’s fat burning ability.

Cardio Core Challenge: Cardio combos w/intervals of high intensity drills, followed by core conditioning.

Strength In Motion: Adds movement into your muscle conditioning, to enhance fat burning and functional training.

Metabolic Mix Training: Methods and tools to make your workout effective, efficient and most importantly stoke your metabolism.

Yoga: A mind/ body workout that works the entire body, increases flexibility, and enhances mental acuity.

Vinyasa Yoga: In Vinyasa-style yoga classes, poses will flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath.

Beginner’s Candlelight Yoga: Dedicated to the beginner and led by candlelight and the sound of your instructor’s voice.

*Spin: A cardiovascular workout performed on stationary spin bikes. Guaranteed to make you sweat and redefine your body!

Shred It!: A total body muscle conditioning class designed to gain strength and endurance.

Functional Fitness: Make the muscles of your body work together to increase strength, endurance and eliminate risk of injury. Both cardio and strength elements to challenge you from head to toe!

All classes are 55min.long, unless otherwise noted!

Gym Hours: Monday-Thursday 4:30am-10pm, Friday 4:30am-9pm, Sat.7am-6pm, Sun.7am-5pm

Babysitting: Monday-Friday 8:30am-12:00pm, Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-8:30pm Saturday 8am-12noon

Mornings: If Dracut schools are canceled, classes will be cancelled.
